2017
GAL ANS extended its ADAC Contract. The award of this extension is a reflection of the professionalism of all staff that have been involved in the delivery of this contract over the past 4 years and cements GAL ANS’ position as a provider-of-choice for Air Navigation Services.

2016
Was awarded a contract with the Government to provide specialized Air Navigation Services.

2015

GAL ANS becomes an official entity (no longer part of GAL). GAL ANS separated from GAL to provide Air Navigation Services to government and private customers.
2015 started with GAL ANS renewed the RAK International Airport Air Traffic Services Agreement.
GAL ANS Training Centre was awarded the prestigious International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Regional Centre of Excellence Certification.

2014

In 2014 GAL was responsible for safely handling over 300,000 annual air traffic movements in the UAE FIR.

2013

GAL officially commenced Civil Air Navigation Services for Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. 2013
GAL ANS wins the Air Navigation Services contract for Abu Dhabi Airports Company which includes Abu Dhabi International Airport, Al Ain International Airport, Al Bateen Executive Airport, Sir Bani Yas Island Airport & Delma Island Airport.

2012

GAL entered into the UAE civil ANSP market with Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, signing an Air Traffic Services Agreement from 2013 to 2015.

2011

GAL signs cooperation agreement with Flight Training Europe (FTE) Jerez officially entering into the international Civil Air Traffic Services Training market.

2009
GAL signs a cooperation agreement with LFV Aviation Consulting from Sweden, serving over 40 Swedish locations.

2008

GAL ANS Training Centre opens for business. The Training Centre is staffed with permanent ATS Instructors, English Language Instructors Pseudo Pilots and Support Staff and the Training Centre also includes four tower simulators including a mobile simulator, six radar simulators, CBT laboratories and classrooms.

2007

Global Aerospace Logistics (GAL) is established, a subsidiary of EAI (now Yas Holding) specialized in Air Traffic Services, Air Navigation Services, Air Navigation Training and Aerospace Support Services.
